I am a strategist with more than 25 years of experience guiding organizations to break through barriers and achieve lasting impact. My expertise spans finance, operations, and organizational development—primarily in mission-driven environments, but fully fluent in corporate dynamics as well. I hold a BBA from Marshall University and an MBA from Argosy University.

I founded Take Up Space Consulting to help organizations stop burning out good people with bad systems. My work centers on clarity over chaos, strategy over guesswork, and equity as the throughline—not an afterthought.

Why “Take Up Space”?

Because too many people—especially women, especially people of color—have been trained to shrink in rooms they were born to lead. My work helps leaders expand their influence, own their decisions, and build organizations where others can do the same.
